Administration
​The main focus of all my workplaces has been administration. I would like to highlight my work at a law firm, where I worked as a legal assistant and as an out-of-court group team leader. I had to manage high-level administration, which included customer service and maintaining communication with courts and authorities. It was crucial to meet deadlines and handle documents with utmost precision.
Acquired skills: confident use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook document preparation, handling and archiving, data entry, and inbox management
Data Entry and ETL - data extraction, transformation, and load
​As Warehouse Admin, I had to manage the WMS system. My main responsibility was the daily updating of data, uploading data, identifying and correcting errors, as well as transferring large amounts of incoming data from CSV files to Excel spreadsheets. Additionally, I created pivot tables.
Acquired skills: I have acquired a higher level of MS Excel knowledge
Graphic Design
My very first job was as a graphic designer, where my primary task was creating and designing flyers, business cards, and invitations. Later, as an entrepreneur, I designed and managed the branding, website, and social media platforms for my own business. In addition, I also designed logos and business cards for other small businesses.
Acquired skills: confident use of CorelDraw, Inkscape, Canva, Procreate, and Wix Studio.
I am currently studying a course at the British Academy of Graphic Design.
